Is a mechanical failure like a fuel pump issue just bad luck, or can it be prevented?

Although the team installed a new system that was supposed to be better, there were some issues with it. problems with it. We regrouped and switched back to last year’s fuel pump system, which worked fine for 38 races.

This decision helped us in the end.
